As a parent myself, I completely understand the fundamental need to gain trust and confidence within a setting, which was my main reason in opening Circus Day Nursery 14 years ago. I firmly believe that we are a highly motivated staff team, dedicated to developing and expanding our knowledge and understanding in the childcare field and this is evident with all the ongoing training. We listen to children and actively involve them in the decision making process at their nursery and we focus on all the benefits children gain from indoor and outdoor play and activities,  as our primary motivation. We encourage ongoing feedback from all our parents and we have an open door policy, in listening to how we can continually improve our service. This is reflected in our many achievements. As proprietor, I have an active role in the nursery, and firmly believe that by working together with parents, we exceed expectations.  In a recent survey, over 90% of our parents would highly recommend us to other parents.
