• Exceptional Ofsted inspection 2007 (Inspectors look at all aspects of childcare from small babies to pre-school based on the outcomes and partnerships with parents)

• Investors in People 2009 (Assessors look at all aspects of training for staff, and how staff are valued in the workplace, democratically all staff are interviewed and staff viewpoints considered in a process to continually improve the workplace for staff, ultimately having a positive effect on how staff care for children.
