We pride ourselves on our staff team, and their high level of dedication and motivation to their role in caring for your children. Staff are trained and qualified and able to indentify individual needs. This training is ongoing and reflected in the many awards and Quality Assurance schemes we have achieved.

In addition all of the staff are first aid and child protection trained to give you ‘added peace of mind’  Staff are adept at dealing with different ages and abilities and with parents queries and issues. Staff, provide objective and constructive feedback about children and can understand child behavior pattern, working with families to offer support when necessary.
