‘Staff are long term, loyal and dedicated to Circus Day Nursery. We concentrate on staff training ensuring the team remain focused, stimulated and motivated.

We pride ourselves on our staff team, and their high level of dedication and motivation to their role in caring for your children. Staff are highly trained and qualified and able to indentify individual needs. This training is ongoing and reflected in the many awards and Quality Assurance schemes we have achieved.

In addition all of the staff are first aid and child protection trained to give you ‘added peace of mind’  Staff are adept at dealing with different ages and abilities and are understanding to parents’ queries and issues.  Staff provide objective and constructive feedback about children and understand behaviour patterns,  and can offer families support when necessary.
